I have this recipe for a cilantro, garlic and lemon sauce that is really to die for. It goes with everything. I love it on chicken, either grilled or lightly sauteed with a touch of olive oil in a pan lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs. It’s divine on a white fish. I wish I had some left over… I’d spread some over a nice slice of grilled ciabatta or a similar bread and use it as a sandwich spread… oh well!
My family gives this sauce Five Stars!
